Checking out time is 11.00am. Late departure is available at £10 per hour. Please contact reception for availability.

Comfort 

To change the temperature of the room,  simply adjust the valves on the radiators.

Fire Precaution 

The hotel is equipped with fire detection and alarm systems. Please familiarise yourself with the fire evacuation instructions in your bedroom. There is a plan of your nearest fire exit from your bedroom on the back of the bedroom door. If you are hearing, sight or mobility impaired or would need any assistance to evacuate, please inform Reception so that assistance may be provided in case of an emergency. If you discover a fire, please operate the nearest fire alarm call point and evacuate to the assembly point at the flagpole by the Minster Mill driveway where you will be met by a member of the hotel team..

Hair Dryer, Irons & Boards 

We provide hair dryers, irons, and ironing boards in the majority of our bedrooms. The hair-dryer can be located in the wardrobe, and iron and ironing board in the cupboard. Please contact Reception if you require any of these or any additional items.

Need to phone a friend? To dial another guest's room, please dial (1) and then the room number.

Reception 

Old Swan guests, simply pick up the phone and dial (9), for Minster Mill dial ‘5502’ or ‘5506’, we are available 24/7.

Shower Mat 

A non-slip bath and shower mat is available for your use. This can be found rolled in your cotton bath mat.

Smoking 

We strive to keep our rooms fresh for every guest and operate a strict no smoking policy. You will be charged a deep cleaning fee of £150 if we detect you have been smoking in the bedroom.

Wi-Fi & Internet

Set in a high gallery overlooking the restaurant, our Wildling Bar serves selected fine wines and Champagnes, along with perfectly shaken classic cocktails, a cosy place to be relaxed and sociable.

We are pleased to offer a selection of dishes in Minster Mill rooms, just pick up the phone and press ‘5502’ or ‘5506’ to place your order. The menu will be located in the room. Please note, all room service orders incur a £5 tray charge.
