We’re thrilled to announce the launch of Wildling, our brand-new dining experience. Prepare to unleash your taste buds with a bold culinary journey, where the region’s finest ingredients are brought to life in every dish.
Led by our talented Head Chef, Andrew Campbell, Wildling blends contemporary and traditional British cooking with a delightful local twist. Chef Andrew meticulously sources the best seasonal, regional ingredients, proudly supporting British farmers, fishermen, and artisan producers.
Set in a charming dining space with vaulted ceilings and original oak beams, Wildling offers a classic yet relaxed ambience. Whether you’re joining us for a hearty breakfast, leisurely lunch, or an intimate dinner, Wildling is the perfect place to celebrate any occasion in style. Private dining options are available, and during the warmer months, guests can enjoy their meals al fresco on the terrace or in our picturesque gardens.
And don’t forget – dogs (and their owners!) are always welcome in the cosy bar area at the Old Swan just across the road.
