Spa Treatments are available; Monday - Saturday 10.00 am – 5.00 pm
What time should I arrive to the Garden Spa?
Please arrive for your spa treatment 15 minutes prior to your treatment time to allow time to complete a short health questionnaire. We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes before the pool & thermal sessions so that you can register with our spa team.
How long are the Garden Spa Pool & Thermal sessions?
The Garden Spa pool & thermal sessions are 90 minutes.
Do the Garden Spa Pool & Thermal sessions include treatment time?
The 90 min Garden Spa Pool & Thermal session does not include treatment time. The 90 minutes gives you time to fully enjoy use of swimming pool and thermal areas. Depending on availability, this will be booked before or after treatments.
What is the last Garden Spa Pool & Thermal session that I can book?
The Garden Spa pool & thermal area is available between 10.00 am to 5.30 pm. Therefore, the last session that can be booked is 4pm – 5.30pm
Can I actually book Spa Treatments and Pool & Thermal use on the day?
To avoid disappointment, we highly recommend that you book spa treatments in advance. The Garden Spa has been created for space and exclusivity and therefore we do have a limited number of spaces available.
If I have a treatment, can my partner use the Garden Spa?
The Garden Spa facilities are available for guests having spa treatments only.
If I book more than one spa treatment, can I book the spa use for the Pool & Thermal for longer than 90 minutes?
In order to ensure that all guests having a spa treatment are able to use the spa facilities, the maximum time you can book in for the pool & thermal use is 90 minutes.
If I need to cancel my spa treatment or pool and thermal session what is the cancellation policy?
We require full prepayment to secure any booking. We operate a 48-hour cancellation policy. Please let us know with as much notice as possible if you are unable to make your appointment.
Can I use the Garden Spa Pool & Thermal facilities without having a spa treatment?
The Garden Spa has been curated for space and exclusivity, the spa offers a quiet and relaxing alternative to the crowded spas in the market. We are sorry due to its size and to maintain a relaxed atmosphere for our guests the Garden Spa is reserved solely for guests having a spa treatment.
We have listened to what our guests have told us and we have changed our policy based on this valuable feedback.
Can I book for Spa Use Online
We believe in the personal touch and want to make sure that you enjoy your experience with us. Depending on availability we will schedule your Garden Spa session before or after your treatment time that’s why we prefer you call to book.
If I have an existing medical condition can I still use the Garden Spa?
It is essential that you advise us of any medical conditions and allergies prior to arrival and using the spa facilities or having a spa treatment, so that we can ensure they are suitable for you. Please don’t hesitate to ask our advice when you make your booking.

If I’m pregnant can I still use the Garden Spa?
We welcome pregnant guests and have treatments specifically for ‘Mums to Be’. We do however encourage all pregnant guests to seek advice from their medical practitioner prior to their visit to ensure they are happy to still use our facilities and enjoy our treatments. Importantly, we do advice our pregnant guests to avoid heat experiences that raise body temperature as this can be contra indicative. With this in mind, we feel it’s best to avoid the sauna and steam room and RASUL mud therapy areas. Our Spa team can offer further advice on booking.

What do I wear when visiting the garden spa?
Hotel Guests- We do provide changing facilities but we suggest that you come to the Garden Spa in your swimsuit, robe and slippers. We do provide locker facilities but we suggest that you leave all valuables in your hotel bedroom.
